PHEW Fitness specialises in personal training and being able to work with any client, by adapting techniques to suit each client’s individual body goals, fitness levels and lifestyle.
My name Is Anthony, I am the CEO of a Phew services as well as a fully qualified counsellor and personal trainer. I believe these two important factors of talking therapy and exercising our detrimental to help increase endorphins to the brain which help improve mental health.
No matter what experience you have in the gym, I can work with you to develop an approach that works for you and your goals, leaving you feeling healthier, fitter, and more confident.
The first step of the process is getting to know you, your goals, and your reasons behind wanting a personal trainer.
I train a wide variety of clients and offer group sessions as well as 1 on 1. I work hard to create a positive, empowering, and life-changing experience for each individual and my main goal is to empower and help you reach your full potential and gain a more positive mindset.
I have a wide range of program options for my clients, tailored for goals, fitness levels, and lifestyles along with diet plans and advice every step of the way!
I am fully qualified, first aid trained and fully insured as a personal trainer. I have years of experience in fitness and weights, and I do not overcomplicate things for you, meaning I will push you to your limits however I will not try to kill you with silly exercises or diets. We will work together to design a beneficial program that will have guaranteed results if you dedicate yourself and commit to the plan weekly.
You might feel it is hard to gain results because of factors such as routine, diet, motivation, confidence, and knowledge. My approach is to give you the tools and support to achieve exceptional results, no matter what age, weight, ability, or experience.
We will keep a record of weight, body fat, physical fitness, and performance each session in order to progress. We will also look at positive changes to your lifestyle such as sleep and routine and bad habits you may need to quit which will help with mood, stress, confidence, energy, and most of all health benefits.

Please fill out a referral form at the top of the page. Once I have received this, I will contact you to arrange your free consultation call. If you need assistance filling this out, I would be happy to help, you will just need to call our contact number and select option five.
If you feel that I am not the right personal trainer for you after the call, I completely understand and would not feel offended.
We can negotiate flexible days and times to cater to your work, social or family life.
Bookings are only confirmed with a deposit. I will always provide you with an invoice to pay and confirmation after payment and the date and time of the session.
If you wish to access personal training, we will sign an agreement together on your first session which will have all the information about the terms and conditions in what we would be agreeing to while working together. A copy of this can be found at the top of the page.
Payments can be made through bank transaction or cash on the day however the full balance must be paid before the start of the session.
My waiting list is limited, so my availability and sessions need to be prioritised. This means you need to be able to commit to the training sessions to make progress. The deposit can only be carried over to a different date or time if agreed and I would need at least 24hours cancelation notice before your session is due to start.
Fees:
Each training session is 60 minutes duration, and my fees are £30 a session.
I also offer a set of block sessions for a discounted rate of £25. This means you can pay upfront for 8 – 12 sessions for a lower rate.
